Adding Internal Notes
Overview
Internal Notes allow users within your firm to record information against a query.
These notes are not visible to lenders and can be used for internal communication and record keeping.
Adding a Note
- Open the query.
- Select Add Note.
- Enter the note details.
- Select Send.
The note will be added to the query timeline.
Important Information
Internal Notes:
- Are only visible to users within your firm.
- Cannot be viewed by lenders.
- Form part of the query history.
- Record conversations
- Share information with colleagues
- Document internal decisions
