Adding Internal Notes

Overview

Internal Notes allow users within your firm to record information against a query.

These notes are not visible to lenders and can be used for internal communication and record keeping.

Adding a Note

  1. Open the query.
  2. Select Add Note.
  3. Enter the note details.
  4. Select Send.

          The note will be added to the query timeline.

          Important Information

          Internal Notes:

          • Are only visible to users within your firm.
          • Cannot be viewed by lenders.
          • Form part of the query history.
          • Record conversations
          • Share information with colleagues
          • Document internal decisions
          • Track follow-up actions
