Adding Multiple Properties to a Case

Overview

VERSA Connect supports multiple properties within a single case.

This is useful where a transaction involves more than one property and separate queries need to be tracked against each property.

Selecting a property

Every query must be associated with a property.

When creating a query:

  1. Select the Property dropdown list.
  2. Choose the appropriate property linked to the case.
  3. Select Add Property.
  4. Enter the required property information.
  5. Save the property.

      Adding a New Property

      If the property is not listed:

      1. Select Add Property.
      2. Enter the required property information.
      3. Save the property.

            The new property will then be available for selection.

            Viewing Property Information

            Property information can be reviewed through the Properties tab.

            Details available include:

            • Property Address
            • Build Type
            • Tenure
            • Linked Queries

                    Benefits of Multiple Properties

                    Using separate properties allows:

                    • Individual query histories
                    • Improved case organisation
                    • Easier property tracking
