Adding Multiple Properties to a Case
Overview
VERSA Connect supports multiple properties within a single case.
This is useful where a transaction involves more than one property and separate queries need to be tracked against each property.
Selecting a property
Every query must be associated with a property.
When creating a query:
- Select the Property dropdown list.
- Choose the appropriate property linked to the case.
- Select Add Property.
- Enter the required property information.
- Save the property.
Adding a New Property
If the property is not listed:
- Select Add Property.
- Enter the required property information.
- Save the property.
The new property will then be available for selection.
Viewing Property Information
Property information can be reviewed through the Properties tab.
Details available include:
- Property Address
- Build Type
- Tenure
- Linked Queries
Benefits of Multiple Properties
Using separate properties allows:
- Individual query histories
- Improved case organisation
- Easier property tracking
