Assigning User Roles in Assure
Overview
Assigning roles ensures users receive the permissions required to perform their responsibilities within VERSA Assure.
Each user should be assigned a role that reflects their job function.
Viewing User Roles
Navigate to User Role Assignment.
This screen displays:
- Username
- Current Role
- Available Actions
Search and filtering options are available to help locate users.
Assigning or Changing a Role
To assign a role:
- Locate the required user.
- Select the Edit icon.
- Choose the appropriate role.
- Select Save.
The user's permissions are updated immediately.
