Assigning User Roles in Assure

Overview

Assigning roles ensures users receive the permissions required to perform their responsibilities within VERSA Assure.

Each user should be assigned a role that reflects their job function.

Viewing User Roles

Navigate to User Role Assignment.

This screen displays:

  • Username
  • Current Role
  • Available Actions

        Search and filtering options are available to help locate users.

        Assigning or Changing a Role

        To assign a role:

        1. Locate the required user.
        2. Select the Edit icon.
        3. Choose the appropriate role.
        4. Select Save.

                The user's permissions are updated immediately.

                Correct role assignment helps ensure:

                • Users only access the information they require.
                • Administrative functions remain secure.
