Completing Optional Panel Onboarding Sections

Overview

Depending on the lender's onboarding requirements, you may be asked to complete additional information as part of your panel application.

The optional onboarding sections are only displayed if they have been configured by the lender. If a section is not required, you can proceed directly to the next step.

Optional Sections

The following sections may be included in your application:

  • Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII)
  • Offences and Disciplinary
  • Data and Cyber Crimes
  • Bank Details
  • Areas of Expertise

Completing Optional Information

If a section contains fields:

  1. Open the relevant tab.
  2. Complete all mandatory fields.
  3. Review the information entered.
  4. Select Next to continue.

When No Information Is Required

If a lender has not requested information for a particular section, you will see a message advising that there are no fields to complete.

Simply select Next to continue with the onboarding process.

Why Some Sections Are Optional

Each lender can configure its own onboarding requirements.

This ensures you are only asked to provide information that is relevant to the lender you are applying to join.

Best Practice

Complete all requested information accurately before moving to the next section. Providing complete and accurate information helps prevent delays during the lender's review process.
