Granting Users Access to VERSA Connect

Overview

Once your organisation has completed its VERSA Assure configuration, the next step is to grant users access to VERSA Connect.

Access to VERSA Connect is controlled through role assignments. A user must be assigned an appropriate VERSA Connect role before they can sign in and use the platform.

Granting Users Access to VERSA Connect

Before assigning a VERSA Connect role, ensure that:

  • The user has been added to your organisation.
  • The user has activated their VERSA account.
  • The user has completed any required onboarding steps.

Accessing VERSA Connect Administration

To switch to the VERSA Connect administration area:

  1. Select VERSA Connect from the bottom-left corner of the VERSA Assure navigation menu.
  2. The platform will switch to the VERSA Connect administration environment.
  3. The navigation label will update, confirming that you are now working within VERSA Connect.

You can return to VERSA Assure at any time by selecting the navigation link again.

        Why Access Must Be Assigned

Users who have not been assigned a VERSA Connect role will not be able to access the platform.

Assigning the correct role ensures users receive the permissions required to perform their responsibilities while maintaining the security of your organisation's data.

        Best Practice

Grant access only after confirming that:

        • The user requires access to VERSA Connect.
        • The appropriate role has been identified.
        • The user's responsibilities align with the permissions granted by the selected role.
