Steps
1. Log Into VERSA
2. Navigate to the Support icon at the bottom right corner of the VERSA screen
3. Click the Support Icon & Ask your question

Expected outcome
VERSA AI support will answer your question based on the Knowledge Base Article Published on the VERSA Knowledge Base

Troubleshooting
Issue 1: The Support Bot cannot answer my question
Fix : You will be handed off to a Human Support Agent who will fix your problem based on our Published SLA’s
