Prerequisites
- User must be logged into standalone VERSA Connect
- User must have a valid mortgage reference number
Steps
- Select Add Query
- Enter Mortgage Reference Number
- If no case is found, enter:
- Conveyancer reference
- Address
- Completion date
- Transaction type
- Purchase price
- System creates case
- Continue with query process
