How do I know when my Support Ticket has been closed?
Short answer
You will be notified via email when your support ticket is closed. You are also able to view the status of all your support tickets within the Customer Portal. Navigate to the Customer Portal Tab within VERSA

Prerequisites
- User must be logged into VERSA
Steps
1. Log Into VERSA
- Navigate to and select the Customer Portal Tab at the top of the Screen
- View all your Open & Closed Support tickets.
Expected outcome
- You can view all Open & Closed support tickets.
- You can respond to support here.
- Re-open a support ticket if necessary.
Troubleshooting
Issue 1: My support ticket has not changed status within the stated SLA timeframes
Fix: Lodge a complaint via the complaints process. Within the Customer Portal fill in the Complaints form/ Compliments form.
