Logging into VERSA Connect

Overview

Before accessing VERSA Connect, your firm must complete the onboarding process. Once your account has been created, you will receive a Welcome Email containing instructions to activate your account.

Activating Your Account

To activate your account:

  1. Open the Welcome Email.
  2. Select Sign Up Now.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Create a secure password.
  5. Complete the registration process.
  6. Navigate to the VERSA Connect login page.
  7. Enter your registered email address.
  8. Enter your password.
  9. Select Sign In.

            Once completed, your account will be activated and ready to use.

            Signing In

            To access VERSA Connect:

            1. Navigate to the VERSA Connect login page.
            2. Enter your registered email address.
            3. Enter your password.
            4. Select Sign In.

                    You will be directed to the VERSA Connect homepage.

                    Troubleshooting

                    I have not received my Welcome Email

                    Check your Junk or Spam folder. If the email cannot be located, contact your firm's VERSA Connect administrator.

                    I cannot remember my password

                    Use the password reset option available on the login page.
