Managing Mortgage Information

Overview

The Mortgage section stores key mortgage and transaction information associated with a case.

Keeping this information up to date helps ensure accurate record keeping and supports efficient case management.

Accessing Mortgage Information

To view mortgage details:

  1. Open the case.
  2. Navigate to the Mortgage tab.

      The mortgage record will be displayed.

      Mortgage Fields

      The Mortgage tab contains several important fields.

      Mortgage Number

      The lender's mortgage reference number.

      This field is typically displayed for reference purposes and may not be editable.

      Case Reference Number

      Your firm's internal reference for the transaction.

      Case Type

      The type of transaction being managed.

      Selecting the correct Case Type ensures the case is classified correctly.

      Anticipated Completion Date

      The expected date on which the transaction is likely to complete.

      Completion Date

      The confirmed completion date once agreed.

      Updating Mortgage Information

      To update mortgage details:

      1. Open the Mortgage tab.
      2. Edit the required fields.
      3. Select Save.

            If changes are no longer required, select Cancel.
