Managing Notifications

Overview

Notifications help you stay informed about updates received from lenders on existing queries.

When a lender responds to a query or updates information relating to your case, a notification is generated within VERSA Connect.

Accessing Notifications

To view your notifications:

  1. Select the Notification Bell located in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Review the list of notifications displayed.
  3. Select the Conveyancer Reference number or Query link displayed within the notification.
  4. The associated query will open automatically.
  5. Select Clear All.
  6. Confirm your selection when prompted.

      Each notification includes information about when the update was received.

      Opening a Notification

      To open the related query:

      1. Select the Conveyancer Reference number or Query link displayed within the notification.
      2. The associated query will open automatically.

          Clearing Notifications

          To remove notifications from your list:

          1. Select Clear All.
          2. Confirm your selection when prompted.

              All notifications will then be removed from your notification list.

              Important Information

              Clearing notifications removes them from your notification list only. It does not delete or affect the underlying query.
