Managing Your Query Workload
Overview
The My Queries page helps lender users manage the queries they are responsible for reviewing and responding to.
Each query is displayed in a table with key information to help you prioritise your workload.
Query Table Information

Last Updated |
Shows when the most recent activity took place on the query. |

Subtopic |
Identifies the specific type of enquiry raised. |

Query Stage |
Shows the current query status, such as New, Open, or Resolved. |
|
Mortgage Number |
Identifies the mortgage case associated with the query. |
|
Conveyancer |
Displays the law firm or conveyancer who raised the query. |
|
Owner |
Shows the individual conveyancer responsible for managing the query on behalf of the law firm. |
|
Assignee |
Identifies the lender Query Processor currently responsible for handling the query. |
|
Total Days |
Shows how long the query has been open. |
|
Total Days |
Shows how long the query has been open. |
Searching for a Query
To locate a specific query:
- Navigate to My Queries.
- Use the Search field.
- Enter the relevant keyword, reference, mortgage number, or other available information.
- Review the filtered results.
- Locate the query in the table.
- Select View in the Action column.
- The full query will open.
Viewing Closed Queries
To include completed queries in the table, select Show Closed.
Opening a Query
To review a query:
- Locate the query in the table.
- Select View in the Action column.
- The full query will open.
Sorting Queries
You can select column headings to sort the information.
For example, sorting by Last Updated can help you identify queries with the most recent activity.
Priority Queries
Queries marked with the Priority flag require urgent attention and should be reviewed as soon as possible.
Best Practice
Use search, sorting, and the Priority flag together to help manage workload and identify queries that require prompt action.
