Responding to a Lender Response

Overview

When a lender responds to your query, the status changes to Resolved.

You should review the response and decide whether the enquiry has been fully addressed.

Finding a Resolved Query

You can locate resolved queries by:

Notifications

  1. Select the Notification Bell.
  2. Open the lender response notification.
  3. Navigate to My Queries.
  4. Locate the query showing a status of Resolved.
  5. Select View.
  6. Review the original query.
  7. Review the lender's response.

      My Queries

      1. Navigate to My Queries.
      2. Locate the query showing a status of Resolved.

          Reviewing the Response

          1. Select View.
          2. Review the original query.
          3. Review the lender's response.

                If You Are Satisfied

                Select Yes when asked whether the response has resolved the query.

                You can then close the query.

                If Further Information is Required

                Select No.

                The query will remain active and communication can continue with the lender until the issue has been resolved.
