Reviewing Query Details
Overview
When you open a query, VERSA Connect displays the key details needed to review the enquiry and prepare a response.
The query screen provides ownership details, query information, conversation history, supporting documents, and property research links.
Key Query Details
At the top of the query, you can review information including:
- Topic
- Subtopic
- Status
- Owner
- Property
- Assigned team member
If required, the query can be reassigned to another member of your team.
Mandatory Query Fields
The main query details include three mandatory fields completed by the conveyancer:
|
Field |
Description |
|
Risk to Lender |
Explains any potential risk identified by the conveyancer. |
|
Recommendations |
Outlines the conveyancer’s recommended action or information required. |
|
Mitigations |
Describes how the identified risk may be reduced or managed. |
These fields help the lender understand the issue, potential impact, and action being recommended.
Conversation History
The main activity panel displays the full conversation history between the conveyancer and lender.
Use this section to review:
- The original enquiry.

Expanding the Conversation Area
The expand and minimise control can be used to increase or reduce the size of the conversation area. This is useful when reviewing longer query threads.
