Signing the VERSA Client Agreement
Overview
Once your firm's panel application has been approved, the authorised signatory will receive an email inviting them to review and sign the VERSA Client Agreement.
The agreement must be signed before the firm becomes fully active on the VERSA platform.![]()
Accessing the Agreement
To access the agreement:
- Open the email received by the authorised signatory.
- Select Click here to sign now.
- You will be redirected to VERSA Assure.
- Open the Training & Contracts section.
Reviewing the Agreement
Before signing:
- Read the agreement carefully.
- Confirm that all information is correct.
- Ensure the authorised signatory is completing the process.
Signing the Agreement
Once you are satisfied:
- Select Sign.
- Complete the electronic signature process.
- Submit the agreement.
The signing process is secure and managed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.
Completion
Once the agreement has been signed successfully:
- Your firm's onboarding is complete.
- Your organisation becomes fully active on the lender's panel.
- Access to VERSA services is enabled according to your approved subscriptions and permissions.
Best Practice
Complete the client agreement promptly after approval to avoid delays in activating your firm's access to VERSA services.
