Understanding My Queries and Team Queries
Overview
The Queries area is the main workspace for managing lender query activity in VERSA Connect.
From the left-hand navigation menu, select Queries to access the query management area.
Query Views
Within the Queries section, lender users can access:

Displays all queries currently assigned to you. |

Team Queries |
Displays active and closed queries assigned to your lender team. |
My Queries
My Queries is your personal work queue.
Use My Queries to:
- View queries assigned to you.
- Review conveyancer enquiries.
- Respond to queries.
- Monitor query progress.
- Search for specific queries.
- View closed queries when required.
- View queries assigned to your team.
- Identify unallocated queries.
- Assign a query to yourself.
- Reassign a query to another team member where appropriate.
- Monitor team activity.

Team Queries
Team Queries provides visibility of your lender team’s workload.
Use Team Queries to:
- View queries assigned to your team.
- Identify unallocated queries.
- Assign a query to yourself.
