Understanding the Audit Tab
Overview
The Audit tab provides a complete history of activity for the selected case.
It gives lender users visibility of significant actions that have taken place throughout the case lifecycle.

The user who performed the action. |

The type of activity recorded. |

Category |
The area the activity relates to, such as Property, Mortgage, Query, Participant, Milestone, or Case. |
Viewing Audit Details
To view more information about a specific audit entry:
- Open the Audit tab.
- Locate the required audit entry.
- Select View in the Action column.
- Review the additional details displayed.
- Use the Search field in the top-right corner.
- Enter a keyword, user name, activity type, or other relevant information.
- Review the filtered results.

Audit entries are recorded automatically and cannot be altered.
