Understanding the Homepage
Overview
The VERSA Connect homepage provides access to all key areas of the platform, including queries, cases, and notifications.
The navigation menu is located on the left-hand side of the screen and allows you to move between different sections of the platform.
Query Navigation
Under the Queries section, you will find:
My Queries
My Queries displays all queries assigned to you.
From this page, you can:
- View active queries
- Review lender responses
- Search for existing queries
- Create new queries
- Monitor query progress
All Queries
All Queries displays every query created by users within your firm.
This view provides greater visibility across all lender communications and allows users to monitor activity across the business.
Query Information
Each query displays key information including:

Searching for Queries
Use the Search box to locate a specific query.
To include completed queries in your search results, select the Show Closed option.
Opening a Query
To view a query:
- Locate the query in the list.
- Select View in the Action column.
- Navigate to My Queries.
- Select Add Query.
The query details screen will open.
Creating a Query
To raise a new query:
- Navigate to My Queries.
- Select Add Query.
The query creation process will begin.
