Understanding Topics and Subtopics
Overview
Topics and Subtopics play a key role in ensuring your query is directed to the correct lender team.
Selecting the most appropriate Topic and Subtopic helps reduce delays and improves the likelihood of receiving an accurate response first time.
What is a Topic?
A Topic represents the broad category of your enquiry.
Topics group similar types of queries together and help VERSA Connect determine which lender team should receive the enquiry.
What is a Subtopic?
A Subtopic provides a more specific classification of the enquiry.
Once a Topic has been selected, the available Subtopics will be displayed.
The selected Subtopic helps VERSA Connect automatically allocate the query to the lender team best suited to handle the enquiry.
Dynamic Questions
After selecting a Topic and Subtopic, additional questions may appear.
These dynamic questions are designed to collect information required by the lender and should be completed as accurately as possible.
