Viewing Cases in VERSA Connect
Overview
The Cases area in VERSA Connect allows lender users to view wider case information linked to mortgage transactions.
For day-to-day query responses, lender users will usually work from the Queries section. The Cases area is mainly used when you need to open the wider case record and review query activity linked to a mortgage.
Case Views
The left-hand menu includes two case views:

Displays cases assigned to you, depending on your access. |

All Cases |
Displays cases your firm is working on, depending on your access. |
Information Displayed
The case table may display key information including:
- Instruction Date
- Conveyancer Firm Name
- Conveyancer Reference Number
- Mortgage Number
- Property
- Last Actioned Date
- Total Days
Opening a Case
To open a case:
- Navigate to the Cases area.
- Select My Cases or All Cases.
- Use the search box to locate the case if required.
- Select View to open the case record.
When to Use the Cases Area
Use the Cases area when you need to:
- Review the wider case record.
- Confirm mortgage or property information.
- View all query activity linked to a mortgage.
- Access supporting case context before responding to a query.
