Viewing Mortgage Information
Overview
The Mortgage tab provides a summary of mortgage information associated with the case.
This information gives lender users additional context when reviewing and responding to queries.

Uniquely identifies the mortgage application linked to the case. |

Case Type |
Indicates the type of mortgage transaction, such as purchase or remortgage. |

Anticipated Completion Date |
Shows the expected date the transaction is due to complete. |

Completion Date |
Displays the agreed completion date, where available. |
Why Mortgage Information Matters
Mortgage information helps lender users:
- Confirm the mortgage case linked to the query.
- Understand the type of transaction.
- Prioritise work where completion is approaching.
- Review key case context before responding.
Read-Only Information
Mortgage details are provided as read-only information for lender users.
They cannot be amended within VERSA Connect by lender users, helping ensure mortgage information remains accurate and consistent throughout the transaction.
