Viewing Property Information
Overview
The Property tab provides a summary of key property information associated with the mortgage case.
This information helps lender users understand the property context before responding to a query.
Information Available
The Property tab may display:
- Build Type
- Tenure
- Property Address
- Attached Queries
Attached Queries
The Attached Queries section shows the total number of queries linked to the property.
This helps lender users identify whether previous queries have already been raised against the same property.
Read-Only Information
Property details are available for lender users to reference when reviewing a query.
Lender users cannot amend property details. These details are maintained by the conveyancer and are provided to support the lender’s review.

Property information can help lender users:
