What if I cannot Log into VERSA?

Short answer
Follow the Log in prompts for the password reset process.

If a password reset does not solve your problem, then click the “Access Help” button below the Login space on the VERSA Log in page. From this "Access Help" button a support ticket will be raised.

Prerequisites
- User must be an authenticated VERSA user

Steps
1. Log into VERSA at www.VERSA.com
2. Follow the login prompts noted on the screen

  1. If the Login Process fails, click the “Access Help” link below the VERSA login
  2. Complete the Access Help Form which will generate a Support ticket

    Expected outcome
    A support ticket will be raised with VERSA support

Troubleshooting
Issue 1: The Support Bot cannot answer my question
Fix : You will be handed off to a Human Support Agent who will fix your problem based on our Published SLA’s
