Where do I view all My Support Tickets?

Short answer
Click the Customer Portal Tab within VERSA.

When to use this article
When a user asking about support tickets & the progress on a support ticket

Prerequisites
- User must be logged into VERSA

Steps
1. Log Into VERSA
2. Navigate to and select the Customer Portal Tab at the top of the Screen

3. View, open or reply to messages relating to your support tickets.

Expected outcome
The Customer Portal lets customers track and reply to support tickets in one place — the portal is a logged-in space where customers can view, open, and reply to their support tickets instead of emailing back and forth. 

Troubleshooting
Issue 1: My Support tickets are not showing
Fix: Ensure you have not filtered out specific tickets. If no filters are applied and your support tickets are still not showing then please Contact support via the Standard Support process , this being access the Support Bot via VERSA
